Sales Terms:
Raising babies is always a very fun time. Then it comes down to selling them. To make it easier for everyone all around there are a few things that we want to state in our sales policy. This will make the transaction easier for you, our farm, and the precious kid(s) that are going to their new homes. We do maintain the right to keep any kid that is born on Tiny Hiney Farm.
A deposit isn't required to be placed on a waiting list for future kids. Placing a $50 non-refundable deposit is required for one that is currently on the ground. It is smart to make a few choices from the breeding line up just in case the kid you are looking to add doesn't come from the pair you were looking at. We normally breed one of our bucks to three or four girls each breeding season. Sales are finalized when balance is paid in full. Animals will not leave the farm to their new homes until the remaining balance is paid. We except cash or PayPal. Any fees occurred from PayPal are the responsibility of the buyers.
Our farm does not sell bottle babies. The only exception we would make is to an experienced breeder. This is for the safety of the kids. Their systems are delicate and even with the best of attentions something could go wrong. Kids are dam raised unless there is a reason that we have to bottle feed (too many babies for dam or dam rejects a baby). They will be socialized and handled daily.
